With over 15 years of experience in divorce, custody disputes, child support modifications, and paternity actions, Joshua brings an unshakable focus on results and compassion. Megan joined Higher Level Legal™ in October 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from her time as a solo practitioner and contract attorney in Kansas City. Her practice encompasses divorce, child custody, alimony, and domestic violence cases. Megan’s dedication to family law is deeply personal, stemming from her own experiences, and she is committed to offering a helping hand to clients navigating challenging situations.
She has represented over 500 clients, with more than 50 cases going to trial. Megan holds a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law, a Master’s in Business Law, and a Bachelor’s in History from Friends University.

Brady began his journey with Higher Level Legal™ as an intern in August 2018 and became an Associate Attorney in September 2018. A native of Harrisonville, Missouri, Brady is deeply connected to the local community. His practice focuses on family law and criminal defense, where he is known for his strategic approach, relentless drive, legal brilliance, and dedication to clients.
Brady earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri.
